I think it doesn't attract people as it could do because the benefits are poorly highlighted and the first thing that trapped my attention were the membership prices. I would try to create a live chart reflecting some forecast that would be interesting to people and would put that chart at the top of the main page. Next I would show the testimonials that are currently below the prices. In this case a visitor would learn in the abilities of your system first andthen would be ready to see the prices. Seeing the prices in the first turn rather scares people in my opinion.

first look it's really good but after scrolling when i goes down then not much more attractive so please improve footer side ...

Along with making it a little bigger, if you darkened the font just a bit it would bring it out more and make it easier to read. I'd use the darker blue of the gradient from your left NavBar headers.

Its fine if your background is light, but make sure your content is not the same. You should darken the content more to make it easier to read and it's less stress for the eye.
