Hello,

My website (in the url below) is a European videogaming website, but also focusses on technology and stuff like that.

I'm looking for simple suggestions and criticism, thanks (please do not comment on the colour of the website in a whole, thanks again).

Here is the link.

By the way, you might get some errors but it's being fixed. Just refresh a few times.

This is what I get:
Code: [ Download ] [ Select ]
Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module: user (path: /tmp) in /home/gamedri/public_html/base.php on line 11

Hi overall the site is attractive and nice ... although I believe there are some work needs to be done e.g. the navig. buttons home review etc looks very different from the whole site layout . News button ..the words are not clearly visible and not click-able not sure what are they their for in the first place...The color full links on the left doesn't fit with the site....but as I said you have done a good work overall

Overall, the site has a nice look to it, and loads quickly. The two versions of the site's name in the banner seem redundant. The nav menu on the Links page has left-justified text, while the others are all centred.

As a visitor to your site, though, what do you offer me that other gaming portals don't? The writing isn't engaging, and is replete with grammatical and spelling errors. While that may mean nothing to the site's authors, prospective visitors will more likely go where the content is more appealing.

At first, your site has a nice, professional, clean look

on the forum, the header look messed up in Fire Fox.

Why not replace the clicksor ads with google ads.

overall I like this sites deign a lot

Overall I like the site but I saw a couple of things that I might change.

- The banner at the top of the page could be brightened up some. For the market you are trying to reach I would think you would want something more lively or exciting.

- I thought the print was a little small. Not a major deal but it could affect some users.

I guess both of these may be just personal preferences.

Thanks

I like it. Its a very clean site. What I like the most are your colors and the header banner.

PS. Why does the download page have such large fonts in comparison to the other pages?

You might want to maintain consistency.

Yeah, that's a good point about the download page.

Is that you Ruben? Small World!

As for GameDrift, its come on along way since i first checked it out several months ago, nice design, although everything is flowing i still think the header image is a tad to big in height.

Keep at it.

Very nice soft colors that catches the eye in a harmony :D

I'm not sure if the logo if "fixed" or not... but IMO, it looks nice as it is :D

at the news/preview etc... you might consider adding the gray/white shifting effect to withdraw articels... I where thinking of a VERY light gray color sot he effect wont get boring but still have a function... just a thought... not sure if it's good or not... never easy to tell until you have the result :D

overall ... awsome work :D

Everything looks first rate, but this is just an idea more than anything, how about making the review page items sortable; date, score, and title...
