Actually, friends, I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the photography/drawing, etc...board.
Truthfully I'm not actually looking for a site review. I'm more-or-less interested in opinions on two pages:
http://glassmango.com
http://glassmango.com/fusion.html
The reason I'm not looking for a complete site review is because I am in the process of redoing the total site. Almost everything that is there is still the original except for the above two pages.
First
The entrance page: http://glassmango.com
I have been working hard to understand photoshop and do some more excellent graphics and so far, IMHO, I think that's the best graphics work I've done to date. My interest is in knowing -- if you were an artist and found that page on a search -- would that be enough to want you to click enter?
Second
If you do enter the site (considering I plan to change almost all of it to a lighter more consistant background, would you think I should redo the flash to keep it consistant or leave it like it is. That was only my second Flash creation and I like it and would prefer not to change it, but will if opinions sway me in that direction.
Third
THis is the concept for the bulk of the rest of the site: http://glassmango.com/fusion.html
I already know that the text and nav and graphics are somewhat large compared to what I might normally do, but that was intentional as I know many of my client's viewers are on the elderly side and "reading" was a bit of a concern. The navbar is my first shot at using Image Ready to slice 'em up and do the rollovers and the upper right graphic was my first attempt to wipe out a background on a picture and replace it with something else.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
