I can't really add much to what my predecessors did, except perhaps that you should use the same image you use in the logo for the "no photograph" images (staff list, for instance). It would reinforce the presence of your logo and will make more likely that people associate that logo with insurance services.

Good work. Navigation is easy to use. I agree that more related grafics to insuarance business would be great. The picture on the home page doesn't really relate to what site is about. Downloads very fast. You may consider to make the text fonts smaller...

Looks like in FireFox your navigation bar at the top is a little messed up. It seems that when the images are swapped they're different sizes.

It would be really nice if You can cut down the font size
