Your whole site looks good except for your menu, I really really don't like it, everything is so nice and graphical, except for that, it sorta pulls the whole site down ...

Also please check the w3c validator for some errors in your coding ... http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... ect.com%2F

Why are you using frames for the design of your site, frames are now an old standard, and css is taking over. Even though it's real hard to just suddenly switch, I would reccomend going into full on css, it's better for SEO in the end ...
Let's leave all our *plum* where it is and go live in the jungle ...

Lots of Web2.0 look going on there. I agree with RT the lighten up the site a bit with some css for positioning.
