Just have to say this is a great idea!
Did get a couple of pics which were strangely pixelated (too blown up) on Firefox at least.

Content wise, try to get some older people added as well, you should get a couple of hundred pictures in the system before you go big.

The idea is good and creative. But your images is too dull.

Should sharpen your image more and makes it more interesting. Try putting dark background as backdrop to bring the image to live.

The rest is good.

Try putting the new template on there and see how the site works. Though the template does remind me of http://www.zipcar.com/. It is more organized than the other one.

Whatever image compression/thumbnail method you are using should be re-scripted, it is pixelating on the big images and squeezing the smaller ones, check out the 'top girls/top boys' areas.

As someone mentioned, you have alot of teenagers on there, they are cute and all, but older people would be more of a challenge even people in their 20s would help, but throw some 50 and 60 year olds in there.

Keep experimenting with content areas and sections, that will give your site more structure. You are in the right direction with that template.
