Please have a look and give me some comments. What I should do to make it nicer and attract more visitors?

I noticed that you have 3 different heading types that you are using. In the left column, the headings have a blue background, and are centered. In the center column, the headings are left-justified, with white backgrounds. In the right column they are centered, with white backgrounds.
