GJ with the graphics but the layout and the text need to change. Use CSS to change the text easily sitewide!

Hey,

Really nice looking site you've got there, espec. with the graphics. You need to standardise your layouts more, e.g. use the same fonts at all parts of the page.

I find that when I use the site that my attention isn't on the body of the website but the side of the pages instead. Maybe find a way to make the main text stand out more? I'd suggest maybe toning the background colour down a touch.

Cheers,

Colin.

Hard to read.
Also your home link opens up another window.
Fix that it will bug people.

Loads slow. Maybe you could cut the background image, the big one, in lilttle pieces and then it would load faster and you could afford more quality in the image. The site looks good anyway. Wish my first site was like that :D

You may have a small problem with your site ie it loads very slow
I don't know about your server but as you may know a slow server along with large gif's and jpeg's could be the possible problems.Slow site mostly turn off visitors.
Try using image compressors and try using more text rather than images.
But i do agree that a website looks better with images.Use photoshop to create your images.make your images as small bits and then join them as possible in photoshop.
bye :D

First Thing: it loaded instantly for me, i didnt even notice any delay, just like that, whoooosh lol,

Second Thing: is this your first attempt at a site 8) no way its awesome even if it was your 5th attempt  it's nice colours with a basic layout but it all comes together well

P.S don't know why i even looked at this thread i don't know anything about harry potter and haven't seen any films or read any books hehe
