Hmm initial response is that you have the content but it seems very plain visually especially when compared to competing sites like Freelance switch or BeHance. This probably wouldn't be such a big deal but the content would seem to indicate that your targeting creatives and in that case really plain isn't a great idea.

I would consider doing some actual visual work to add hierarchy and separation to the content blocks. (There's a reason most sites use visual dividers for things like sidebars and between items). A little bit of spacing and separating of content will make the site much much easier to read.

A whole lot of white - kind of blinding. Logo is kind of bland. The first time I visited it froze up my browser because of Javascript overload due to all those russian javascript powered banners at the bottom of the page. Competitors website easier to use. The main script that powers the site is working, so just work on making the site look more polished and professional. Good luck to you!

I noticed that when I’m browsing website in English, some of the project descriptions remain on Russian. It doesn’t look very professional. You should add another box for project posters to add description in both English and Russian language. It would look better and it would be indexed on both languages...

What is up with the $1.00 and $.01 budgets? When I see that it makes me want to leave the site right away.

You need to find a gimmick. eLance and about 10 other freelance sites have you beat in the general web freelance category.
