Nice design and layout. Simple with nice touches with the color scheme. Your menu though is very broad and perhaps could be more organized with main menu, sub-menu's, etc. I think that would provide for more befitting navigation system then the one applied, imo.

I would definately go with the JS menu to generate it when someone visits the page. It makes it a lot easier to add pages to your site! You can accomplish the same thing in php too if you wanted.

Yeah, I was gonna use different icons for sure, but I didn't really like the way it looks.
