i guess the marketing is good. should be attractive for pple looking for jobs. not the best design but it will probably work because of its cool content. perhaps the challenge is to get traffic and regulars?

This is very good for your first site. I believe that there are a few items that need alignment. The colors, to me, are not quite there (I have hard time with these also). Something that I like is when I hover a button that the cursor changes. By the way, your marketing information is good.

good content.. but you have missed some important things here:
layout!
1. top menu is not striking, i think you should make it more noticeable,, play with print size, color..
2. it would be better to locate bottom menu with company information, contact ...
3. design,, you did it yourself..... )) if i were i u i would change the base color.. )) ---light green with grey for example! and don't forget about resorce page! ))
