1. what a strange picture in the header - it only takes extra place
2. good decision uder 1024х768 - the baasic ideas can be observed in the presentation without scrolling
3. but you should take away the underheader picture from internal pages
4. make body background more bright - use gradient
5. shadow around main wrapper will add web2.0 feature to your site
6. WHAT!? TABLE LAYOUT IN THE 21 CENTURY! 0 points for it...
7. summary: a simple website with simple design and structure. not bad and not amazing and tables only kill it.

Looks pretty good but there is still a lot of place for improvement.
1) Some of the pictures do not show
2) The pictures are too low quality. What is it? 256 colors? JPG? Use png - better quality and smaller size!
3) Green for payment does not look good. change it to different offset of orange
4) I would recomment to do it more modern. make it a little bit more round.

Your top navigation links can be a huge turnoff for search engine spider as they are blank using #.
