Well as long as im much better designer than a programmer, ill tell you something about your idea and design,
Design is very clean and clear, but you could make it more fashionable, like adding some gradients and so.
Idea is very nice, i liked that you are offering free monitoring for non profit websites!

I think your site is very clean and nice looking. Easy to navigate through, etc.

IMHO though, your main content links such as 'Website Monitoring,' and 'Server Monitoring' seem kind of like advertisements even though I know they aren't. They just appear that way to me upon first glimpse. I don't have any suggestions for change seeing as how it fits with the color scheme and everything, just thought I would let you know.

i sorry to say, but i found the 1st page is similar to the a government's(1960) new paper add. Or just a page of magazine.
N the sign up page's color and feel is also similar to the government form page.
Like while taking new telephone connection, and filling up the form for the new telephone line.
