Now thats much better. I was a little scared at first, not about the subject matter I didn't know what I was looking at.

I like your site, some possible elements you may consider changing would be the navigation bar on left is difficult to read due to size and color choices. The text is also somewhat small.

Cool pictures, I loved them. Generally it's a nice site and I liked it. Easy to navigate and everything is clear.

My only suggestion is that the buttons on the side could be changed in the following way:

Each button has a mouseover and a mouse off state, 12 buttons = 24 images.

As each one has the same actual image, just with different text each time. I've just done a quick test and your buttons are about 3kB in size, I just did something similar that was 500B (just for the oval).

As all buttons would be the same, only download the two images 1kB total!

This isn't a problem on this page - loaded nice and fast, just bear in mind that if you can leave the text out of an image (and add it using html) then it is worth doing because text doesn't compress well at all.
