I'd bring down the content font size down a bit though. It's rather large

Don't center your content. (besides titles)

Yo've got 2 different layouts in one site that I can see? How come? Keep it consistent. ALso the logo on this page doesn't fit the rest of the size, it's not set at the right w & h (http://www.onlinelance.com/cgi-bin/jobs/jobs.cgi?id=1096406725)

Try to not use marquees, but if you want to keep it, make it go longer, right now it's only displaying until halfway across.

Link to your jvs through an external file, it will help in the loading of your site
