It's not a bad looking site, but here's my review:
1. In the Firefox browser, your "Giveaways" overlap your links -- you really should design for all browsers; not just MSIE.
2. Move your Google ads to the bottom, as it distracts from the content of your site, which I honestly can't understand what your site is about.
3. Both of your <script> tags are in the wrong location, including your Title and meta tags.
4. You should place your CSS in a separate file; upload it to the server; and remove the CSS from your HTML coding.
Speaking of coding, since you're using XHTML, you should seriously consider fixing the following 49 code warnings so that your site validates and displays properly in all browsers:

That little Flash box you've got there can be replaced by a java one ... check out Tigra scroller
In the "about this site:" section all your paragraphs begin with an indent, which really makes it look confusing ... Maybe just move all the text to the left ...
Your "game givaway" ads are on top of your "usefull links" ... I'm using IE7 ...
Then maybe you would want to disable the rollover of the page that the user is on, for example if I am on the "home" page, the "home" rollover should be disabled, and another colour maybe ...
Is the "fight spam" page part of your website, or is it another website? because from ther I can't seem to link back to your homepage, which is a bit annoying to me ...
And then it seems to me that each page has a different theme which looks real unprofessional ... And real hard to review, because each page has different links, which gives me like 2000 pages to review each individually, so this review is only for your "home" page ...

Your layout is wacky. Stuff is all over the place.
The color of "Security News" scroll window does not match the rest of the site.
You have no content that could keep a user returning to your site.
If I had visited your site by accident, I would have left the site within seconds. That's how unattractive and uninteresting it is.
