Ad networks like CJ or Linkshare.

I somewhat agree. At this point I am focusing on driving more traffic to the site. At the point that there is more traffic I will focus more on the advertising. Are you saying that the Google ads detract for the site or just that I should diversify my advertising? If you could explain your reasons this would help.

For me personally Google ads look unprofessional and sometimes spamy. Too many Google ads in my own opinion does make a detraction.

You might want to diversify your advertising but like you said earlier you want to focus on driving more traffic to the site and that is #1 thing to do right now and do not worry about the advertising till you get the amount of traffic you are aiming for.

The alignment on FireFox is not equal. Left side is to far to the right. Right side is pushed to the very edge. Need to move it over to the left a little bit.

This is fixed now. I think you will like it better. Any screen resolution less than 1024 may have the same problem though.

Might need a more Professional Work type template

Not sure I agree here. The design was intended to be lighter and not so polished like a professional business site might be. I agree about the header. The logo was something I created and I am not the best at logo design. I think this is the biggest contributor to the unprofessional look. Take a look at the new logo and let me know what you think.

I am sending you an email with the snap shot that I see on my end.

Email below

1. The highlighted part needs to be change it is hard to read and looks unprofessional

2. Need to move it to the left. Push #3 to the left and center the content

3. Center with #2

4. Font is to big like the About page font and size.

Thank you for the email.

I think the new layout and logo address most of this. As far as the definition in the logo which was hard to read, I think that I am either going to do away with this or add it somewhere else in the site like the FAQ.

All of the other things I mention were fixed with the

As of now the site looks really good and I do not see any other improvements to make.

Job well done.

Now on to the Marketing and getting traffic !

Hope I was helpful,

Did the button that says "Add Your Job" not show up under the Oops message? Or are you just saying that it is not clear that is what you do to add your job?

The button looks like this and you can click on it.

Image

The intent was that you can click on that image and it will bring you to the page. It is an image button.

Looking at it now, though, what I thought to be clear is not as clear as it should be. I think I will change the image to be "Click Here to Add Your Job."

Thanks for the help.

I suggest adding a "close" option for the add you put at the put at the top left of the page. It pops up right in front of the content and hides that content, but then the user can't remove it to see the actual page.
Use your words like arrows to shoot toward your goal.

Thanks a lot. I didn't think about that for the new page. For the original layout it isn't a problem because it only hid the logo and not any of the content or links.

The site colors look wonderful together. The mix of colors goes so well with the mood.
I think running one Google ads box is enough. It looks like you have three running. I have worked on many sites that site owner forced me to put two or more ad boxes in. The stats didn't show any better return. I am not by any means saying yours won't but I think it takes away from the cleverness and effectiveness of your site.
I really super like your search box for employers. It reminds me of the gmail quick contact script.
