Add more colour... it would liven up the appeal for the site. Also, those with vision problems may have troubles reading grey on grey

I like grey but I don't think flash buttons are always the best. By preserving main color, you can change the buttons and provide your community members quicker page loads. :)

Site loads really fast compared to regular PHP-Nuke ones.
Plus i doubt you are running on PHP-Nuke that honestly cant be nuke, its too clean.
Anyways looking forward to your update since your site looks more happening then before.
