The splash image is wonderful. But you really should write, "Click the image to enter" or somesuch.

ACK! CJB!!!! No! My popup blocker registered seven blocks when it hit your page (the index, not the splash page!) Please, go to http://has.it or Google search "redirection". My site has several redirection links in its Links section.

Your images are all broken. I can't really judge them, seeing as how they're not there. They're broken because in your source code, the image links point to somewhere in My Documents. I'm assuming you used a program to do this, otherwise I don't think you would have made that mistake.

Uhm...what links I can get from hovering over a broken image are all 404's.

FreeWebs isn't too reliable a place to start something like this. I would recommend hosting under someone's personal domain. I know of two sites that are looking for hostees right now, http://dorfpod.com as well as my own site. I know there are tons more out there. Good luck if you choose to do this.

I think you've got a good start with good intent...but you might want to resubmit when these problems are fixed.

I hope this helped!

Hi kreative ! all the links to the images are broken so comment is out of question. If my memory serves me right - Freewebs does not allow more than 50 graphics (any kind). I tried it once but my site was a tutorial and I used a lot of images (screenshots) to it. So when I was uploading the graphics, freewebs warned me about this and so I simply quit.
I tried http://www.angeltowns.com and it was a satisfactory. It offers 50 mb free web space and absolutely no adds.

neway good luck !

This doesn't have anything to do with the images not coming up...
In the source code, you can see you refer to the images as "file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jorgen/Desktop/Kreative/images/kmenu.gif", which will work out fine on your pc since you have this directory... This is most of the times caused because you added your pictures to the page, before you saved your page for the first time (your editor gets confused about this).

If you know HTML, you can clean it up manually...
To make sure everything works fine, you can rename the directory on your local machine for a second and check the site.

Your images are linked to your local computer. Frontpage is known for doing this. To fix them, just change your links from...

file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Jorgen/Desktop/Kreative/images/kmenu.gif

to..

http://www.freewebs.com/kreativewebdesi ... /kmenu.gif

or...

images/kmenu.gif

That should fix the problem ;-)

I did it for you.

And you've still got 404s and spelling/grammar/punctuation errors all over the place. Never make anything smaller "so it fits." Use thumbnails with a link to a larger graphic. You also need to provide forms or somesuch rather than telling your visitors to just give you all that info. And that bar along the bottom is really tacky, and sort of scary, I thought it was a browser hijacker at first.

I'm sorry, but I don't think this will work at FreeWebs. Maybe if you tried to be more creative and just let go with it...?

I clicked the link from school and unfortunately it was blocked because of it being a free page. As some people mentioned free webspace isn't very attractive because you are basically telling your customers you are cheap.

I think it's a pretty nice site. Simple, uncluttered, nice work.

2 design issues (and this is just personal taste):

1) perhaps larger text on the menu links

2) i don't much care for the font used for the graphics

But that's nitpicky. If i had built that site, i'd be very proud of it.

NICE SPLASH. other than that, the text is minute, at least in FireBird.

I like the navbar on the bottom of the site... Considering it's designed for 1024x768 though, it's pretty bare. LOTS of empty space, and the bolding on the navigation links on the left makes the page's content shift left & right on a couple of 'em.

It's a good design more or less, but the top.jpg takes up a TON of space even at 1024x768.

Also, when you roll-over "portfolio" on the nav-bar, it pushes the layout a little to the right. You may want to widen the navbar td width a little to prevent this.

it's not flexible...

and I think the image is too big after you enter the site, tho I like the design. And I also like the black background. Apart from that, I think you should consider people with small resolution or screen. It's no fun to scroll left and right.. :?

Hey

nice site, very simple, gets to the point, and easy to understand. colours and setup are also quite nice.

one piece of advice, i would get rid of the affiliates section, it is useless to the viewers, and rite now, there are no affiliates, so it's just wasting space

other than that, good job!

take a look at my site and send a PM
thanks

I like the black and white background/text easy to read, I do like the giant image you have as a banner?, but I agree with some of the others that it takes up too much page space.

the main image is too big (in kb size and px) with too little aesthetic content. you may want to ask yourself "what am i trying to say" with that front image.

sorry for being blunt
