I think you made a mistake in your coding, you swapped around the 2 images in your site "index_2" is where "index_1" should be, and vice versa ... After you switched them back I'll have another go ...

Get better quality logos on the left side

I would lose the gradient bar on the right side where the logos are. And definately, definately, definately get higher quality logos to go there. Additionally I'd also move the about information to an About Us page.

I wonder why there is a scrolling bar at the bottom..
I don't like the way the logos are ordered in the partners page.
And make a nice menu, this navigation is so weird....

Imageready slices ... That's a big no no ... check on the right hand side there is a 322x1067 px white image ... What? ... it's absolutely white ... damn that's really not good designing ...

And then you're using image maps for the navigation, why not make a "button" for every "button" and position them correctly ... that way you'll have the ability to easily create rollovers etc ...

No man ... your site is just one big image sliced up with ImageReady ... I really suggest learning proper HTML\XHTML and CSS ... it's going to make your life so much easier ... And make the site 2000 times better ...

Yeah I don't know what else to say to you ... I think it's time to do it over ... And then I had a look at the link in your footer ... do you really feel you want to design sites for other people like that?

The logos under the "proud distributor of" are hard to read. I suggest those to be bigger.
