WOW. It's too overcoloured. I think you should try to change the colours.

I do not want to repeat others' criticisms, but I have exactly the same comment about a very bright colors of the site.
They just kill the eyes.

its ok but the colours are completely wrong, its abit scrappy and not really proffesional. try toning down the colours and rethinking your layout
