Hi,

Please review MyModels.co.uk

New UK modelling site, looking for feedback on site design, we know the site does not contain any models yet as we are recruiting now!

Many thanks

Jasper

:lol: It looks fine to me. I like the use of soft tones in the colors. It makes it more inviteing.

yes the color tones are very nice. everything looks great except you need a better quality photo on the front page. I'm sure you were planning on changing that already.

I agree with jasper the colors are very nice and go well together, I like your navigation buttons, they look interesting... the only thing that I would suggest is a suggestion that I got from 613flavah for my site... you might want to put a web form in the contact section of the website... because it may be more convenient for the viewer.

Just my thoughts.

I did think about a web form which I know how to do but I dont know how to give the option to upload photographs from a web form, does anyone know how to do this?

Many thanks

To upload picture:

<input type="file" >

and in the form section

<form name="form1" enctype="multipart/form-data" action ="">

Its upto you what lang., support you have on your server to decide which programming lang. to use.

The site is very easy on the eyes which is nice, and you have some good resources under your contacts, which is nice and easy to read. The colour scheme goes well, and it all seems to work nicly in Firefox, which is always a good thing. Nice one! ^___^

Very nice site. I agree with what everyone else has said. One thing you might want to consider is making the page headings actual text, which could help a bit in search engine placement and useablility. If you put them in a div with the background set to the pink banner, they would look virtually identical. It's far from necessary though, just one option to consider. Very well done.

It's a nice site. One small suggestion would be to use css stylesheets to define all of your text and fonts. I notice that you are defining the font and the size within each table element.

You can find all kinds of resources about CSS on this forum. Once I made the switch, I haven't used the font tag for my new sites in a long time.

It would make it more consistent across the site. Some of the fonts are different like on ukmodeling sites link on the bottom .

Usability:
the logo is not clickable to the home page. Also for SEO purposes, I would make the logo text text instead of an image if possible.

Good luck! Let me know of your launch party any models parties :D
