Does anyone know how can remove this irritating white vertical box in my list component ?
Moreover I have some strange problem with my sound, you can't play music after switch off.(when I test my movie or publish everything works fine)

the white box in your list component is reserved for a scrollbar in the event that there is more data in the window than the height allows. There isn't a property that can remove this bar, but I think you can go into the component and take it out manually. I don't use components much, so don't hold me to it, thats just an educated guess.

As for the sound, how are you turning the sound off? What script are you using to turn the music back on? Is it streamed? Loaded externally?

Other than that bit of information, I would say all you need is more experience with the use of components as well as flash. Give it time, and you will get better. Good luck with your work.

I'm using attachSound method so my code looks like that:

Code: [ Select ]
var z=new Sound();
z.attachSound("muza");
z.start(0,99); //I have no idea why, but "start" method doesn't work, so I have to use "properties panel" to add sound

off_btn.onPress=function() {
    z.stop();
};

on_btn.onPress=function() {
    z.start(0,99);
};
  1. var z=new Sound();
  2. z.attachSound("muza");
  3. z.start(0,99); //I have no idea why, but "start" method doesn't work, so I have to use "properties panel" to add sound
  4. off_btn.onPress=function() {
  5.     z.stop();
  6. };
  7. on_btn.onPress=function() {
  8.     z.start(0,99);
  9. };

Try this one instead

Code: [ Select ]
on (release) {
    bgSound = new Sound(this);
    bgSound.attachSound("muza");
    bgSound.start(0, 99);
}
  1. on (release) {
  2.     bgSound = new Sound(this);
  3.     bgSound.attachSound("muza");
  4.     bgSound.start(0, 99);
  5. }

Assuming that the sound filename is 'muza', make sure you set it to "export this symbol" as 'muza'.

A simple stopAllSounds(); would suffice for the stop button.

Tell me if this works.

I have only heard about these on X-Files.
And really like to experience it. - Just joking.
