We just have made some changes to the site like RFQ on every page, mailer, case studies for improving the inquires from the site .

I like to have your suggestions, comments and points that will these changes can make some effect in order to collect more inquiries from the site.

The rollover effect on the navigation bar at the top doesn't reach the top of the navigation bar. Sort of distracts me and is a personal opinion that the li should span the height of the ul.

I think the colors of the "insidebanner" take away from the overall look; try adjusting those to better suit the rest of the design and you should be good to go.
Use your words like arrows to shoot toward your goal.

Its good except for the "home_banner"... it doesn't quite match the style of the rest of the site.
