Second template is easier to read and more directional...first template is just pretty to look at. Good job.

I don't like them. Are preatty croudy, to many elements on background.

The menu is different, original, but it's not that easy to understand it and to navigate.

I wouldn't choose these templates.

Second is better for my eyes, since first is to light the blue.

The second site certainly LOADS faster. I read somewhere once that the average new visitor allows for only 11 seconds to be hooked into the content or they move on to another site. I'm certainly that way.

Why waste your first 11 seconds waiting for a fancy Flash page to load?

Ferrari of North America has a very impressive Flash Page intro and despite hom much I love Ferrari, I've never seen anything beyond that Intro. Just won't wait for it.

Make the main page simple (like the second link) and hook them early. Give them the meat on subsequent pages and retain more visitors.

My .02 cents worth :)

Best,

RD

oooh, lol, im out in 2 or 3 max. not talking about movies or games, 8flash being a content) but effects for no other reason..na-ah.
i love this one tho, uses lots of flash but still, it loads in a snap

on the original question, id like to see second one with canvas from 1st... and letters folloving the curves, that would be nice..and icons with transparent bg, but more recognizable.

I prefer the second design - the first is too "pale" for my tastes. :D

Looks good, the fonts are a little out of place though in my opinion. Need something clearer
