OoOo, I think that this is my favorite so far! The text is a tad hard to read, but I love the design! Something that would make it look a bit better is if it were centered on the page. It looks kind of strange pushed into the corner like that. :P Nice job, though! :D

lol thanks geekette.

centering: The thing with that is when i do :
Code: [ Select ]
<div align="center">

and then i use css to align a table or something ex:
Code: [ Select ]
#table {position:absolute; top: 20px; left: 400px}

It turns out all funky aligned.

Like the layout is centered, but the table is off center. Even when i align the table to fit the layout.

... did you catch that?

Let me see if i can get some pictures in here on what i mean...

yeah, i'm pretty sure you can't put absoluetly positioned elements within a generic div container like that. I just ignores the div. It's the whole cascading thing. (:

You'll have to use a table as the outer container if you want to center a fixed-width layout.

once you have a table cell defined you can do position:relative; to place things absolutely within the cell.

I feel certain this will work with the HTML 4.01 trans DTD. I seriously doubt it would work with any of the xhtml DTD's though.

**oops, my bad. you're not writing for a specific DTD. (:

it's been said but...

considering the dimensions and shape you chose, I would
definitely center it. I would place the entire design in a table
set to be 100% x 100% centered.

I have noticed that it is not the host. It is the script I am using. But I am currently creating version 7 of my website and look forward to everyone on ozzu giving a review on it. :lol:
