I have advice. Go here. Don't design like that, which you are currently doing.

I would tone down some of the colors, particularly the red and blue in the top of the page.... those default colors seldom work in design... as your background is beige maybe you could go for brown or green tones.

The navigation on the left side is too small and inconspicuous - I'd make the font bigger and maybe give it some rollover effects... also the link to the page you're currently on needs to be disabled - i.e. if you're on the homepage you shouldn't have an active link to the homepage....

your right-side content doesn't align right in Firefox (it looks fine in Internet Explorer 6, I can't check other browsers now)

You would also benefit, in my opinion, from a more striking header (maybe an image, or at least a stronger shade of green for the font to stand out against the beige background.....)

finally - I must admit that though I tried reading the text, I cannot determine exactly what your site does... but maybe that's just cuz I'm not your target audience........

Might want to look into having the width be scaleable. Some of the images for the forums page are missing the ones that are the whire rectangles outlined in blue ..... easy to miss but always good to double check those things.

looks like a design from 1999

I would consider spending a lot of time looking at what other people are producing these days and rethink your approach. I personally do not like that design at all

I dont want to sound harsh but are you new to webdesign? Becuase that looks like a failed attempt. Mabye use dreamweaver it will do the work for you.

In my browser the badges on the RHS overlap the main text and make it unreadable.

Aside from the coding errors, you have normal syntax errors (caps, grammar, punctuation) that can easily be corrected. I would also suggest a complete overhaul of the layout and think more carefully about the fonts and colors you are using. The level of text is overwhelming and makes me not want to read any of it. I really apologize if this comes off harsh, only trying to be honest to help your business idea be as good as it can be.
