I would remove programming.
Everything else (almost everything) is about fun and just chat, but this one doesn't fit.

nice color, but the main subject is not clear. My first impression for your forum is : nice design. good color format, but i can't see the main subject here. what is your main subject, i think it should be clear for people to use.

Nice skin and it looks pretty good. I think there are a tad too many forums and I'd suggest putting more variety other than gaming and computers. Maybe put the general section near the top, not the bottom.

It's a good selection. But i'm gonna have to agree with Taylor Hewitt. You've got too many. I think you should take down one group.

2. Add a post or page about us - this will help visitors understand what forum is about

3. In general good forums i like Trushkins skins - some of them

First of all, when you decided one day that you were going to make a website, Why did you? You must have had a specific reason in mind. This might help you to know what direction you can push your site. Right now, I don't know if it's for gaming, tv, news, or technology. Have you thought of having a main site where you could post news and stuff on technology for instance, and then just use the forums as a kind of community for your visitors to comment on?

Take some of the cat's and put them in one. I would have no more than 3 groups of cat's and about 4 in each group.

Just trim it down a little,

Looks ok, I really do not like the blue tint tho.

Ok, here we go...

Colors: 9, I lovethe combination of the colors you chose.
Layout: Great. Still need to polish some of the headers and the boxes. But great overall! :)
Logo: probably the best one ofthe dozen or so I have seen...
And please keep that slogan, it could make headlines some day! Awesome idea!
Font: 7. Could be smaller, could be bigger. Good.

Next review when there is content...
