Your site has a very nice flow to it the design is clean and i do like the flash animation up top. however i can't see the text because its dropped below the navigation.

I liked the way you merged flash and php together and created the site so that its not different pages but php queries. that makes it very fast and does save you bandwidth.

I give it two thumbs up! keep up the good work.

I like the subtle blend of flat and 3D shaded elements, and the gray color scheme is nice, but I don't like how the title area for each news item has a black background... the background should be brighter than the news text background, so in other words, it should be light gray (maybe with black text), and it should be shaded (to look raised), in my opinion.

I don't like the flashing mouse-over buttons either... seizure-inducing :)

The menu and other bits around the edges of the page are well-organized, though I would have appreciated descriptive tooltip text over the menu items, summarizing what they are.

Other minor observations are you misspelled "technicians" and that Mtechnik Tech2 text is cut off at the bottom, but I'm sure you realized that :)

The Shout thing is cool, but I noticed it shows escaped strings -- like "didn\'t" instead of "didn't".

i was rushed and the "didn/t" was a typo
thanks alot for the review, i would love to get in touch with mtechnik and perhaps remake it/edit the flash menu already on, so it would show his name properly properly

Some of the text on pages is hard to read because of the black or dark colors on dark background or this could just be me and my bad vision...

The downloads heading button on the downloads page deff doesn't look right the text is "edgy" and should be changed. Or the white shading that gives it the depth look.

I don't like the role over buttons on the top as they give me the "it's not working flouro light needs to me changed feel" .

The rest of the site is good and pleasing.. interesting to see with content how it will look.

it's a litte slow scrolling down the page. i suggest you make the main message thingy stand out more. other than that, nice design! the mouseover effects on the links are nice in blue, and the header is nice and quick when loading. it's hard to figure out what the site is about though, at first glance, because there's not a name or anything on the header - so if you make "Welcome To Nucleo's Domain" stand out more, i think it'll look great :)

nice color's, but it's a bit too crowded.

this is just my opinion, you can ignore everything I say...

ColorWise:
Personally I think the all the gray monotone colors take away from your site... I mean I like what you've done, but the gray just doesn't flow... maybe I just like colors... cause willstein liked it...

Page Length:
Your page's are quite long, you may wish to shorten them just a tad... i hate scrolling that far...

What I liked:
- your flash menu, very cool
- the use of a CMS (content mangement system)
- the content overall was quitegood also, from what I read
- the use of PHP, my personal fav choice for scripting on the backend

this is #2 --

please post quality reviews, and not just 1 word.

"great" "awesome" "good job" doesn't tell him how to improve his site or
how to make it better. If you wanted a quality review of your site, you
wouldn't want a 1 word review either.

ok,
the site has had updates, but because it is phpnuke it seems to get a lot of "bad press"
I have decided to dive into the world of making my own, flash and html site.
flash navigation
html content.
I figure that with the html search engines will find it easier, and the flash navigation would be pretty easy considering i can make a flash site. Flash and dreamweaver together should make a good team,

1 question, i was thinking about putting the navigation horizontal accross the top of the page, not sure weather to have it as a frame, or simple links.

1)it would be in a frame accross the top and the load content below.

2)Or i could simply have the flash menu on the top of every page, what would you suggest?
