So I've been criticizing other people's sites for a while now  , so it's my turn. A few firsts here:
First "one day" site
First site for someone else
First "all css/no tables" layout
First site for someone else
First site review on Ozzu!

Basically, My boss is involved with a local fundraising walk thing, and he is supplying promotional materials for the event, including a website.

I was given a really awful graphic logo:
Image
and some text yesterday morning.

The site is supposed to look a bit cheesy/basic/fun/colourful etc. I'm more pleased with the CSS layout and the small filesizes (<30kB) than anything.
Plus a lot of links are missing, content not proof-read, some content missing (the site is up for review as a temporary thing.

All comments Welcome

//edit: I forgot the link!!!

Wow the logo looks much better! and the who pages load really quick on broadband.

I like the way that the site fits no matter how big the brower window is. (is it called a liquid site or something?)

The text links at the top would prib look better in the same text used throughout the site but that just personal preference.

You have made a great site.

Good call on the links tone. I believe I did that for a reason, but I have slept since then so I can't remember why :?

I'm tempted to change the font size on the body as well, make it smaller, but I'm mildly concerned about accessibility?

I can't make any changes at the mo as all the files are at work.

I think its "fluid design" something liquid or fluid or wet. Its pretty easy doing it the CSS way (I cant work out how to do fixed size floating in the middle of the page with pure CSS yet though lol).

Yeah i think that it i would be tempted to make the font size a bit smaller. And like you said to me on my review "most people are on 800x600" so that making the size smaller will still look ok.

How long it take you to make the site? And you do you hand code all your work?

It took a day at work (7 1/2 hours) and a half hour this morning to sort out some "technical issues"

Yeah is hand coded, but all the pages are the same and the layout is pretty basic.

I think it helped that I used CSS to lay out the page and I got lucky with bugs I( normal spend at least half my time fixing bugs!).

This is much faster an I normally work to be honest.

Wow, This is a very neat and organized site. I guess the best thing there is the load speed. It took like only a split second (or less) to load a page when I click on the links. Very straightforward navigation and great color scheme. Not too graphical and yet not too plain. In conclusion, Great site ! But I cant help but notice that theres no title tag.

Excellent job using CSS to it's potential. Very nice job. The great thing about CSS is that it simplifies design allowing us the ability to create great looking websites in a fraction of the time it would take using straight html. 8/10. Very good.
