Hi Hperkins,
There are some really nice design elements on the site but I almost feel like you are trying to cram too much into each page. Also I am not a huge fan of flash. I used to use it a lot but the more I used it and looked at it I realized that if you aren't a flash master then flash tends to make things look and feel a little cheap.

There is an error when you click Media Planning from the Services page. Hope this helps, I like your mark.

It could have been probably a better idea not adding a full screen page Flash built introduction to your homepage. Using some combination of Html plus Flash animations works better, especially from SEO perspectives.
