Design, Not a bad start colours wise, but it feels very unfinished in general. Spruce it up.

The code is a mess, you have a crap load of validation errors. I'd certainly consider sorting them out.

Great web 2.0 idea but design for such site of fun can be a bit better.

How are going to promote this site?

The minimalist presentation isn't a bad idea, but the home page lacks any character, warmth or 'stickyness'. The FAQ page, which is the only place that has any real content at the moment, could be much improved with some basic text formatting. Use of a stylesheet to create some simple uniformity for headings and other content would smarten it up no end. Don't forget the minimalist look cuts both ways - it makes a good layout look better and a bad one look worse.

On the plus side, its a nice community-minded idea. I wouldn't mind checking out a couple of those parties myself - if I wasn't on the other side of the planet!

It seems quite empty, the skin is quite bland and it could do with a forum.

However, the idea is good and you have made a good attempt at it.

I would:

Add a orange color from your logo as a square or rounded bar around your navigation links.

If you can, add that same bar but smaller in height to your bottom navigation links.

Add a picture of a lively party on the right side of your logo or put your logo on a party image and make it look like a great header image. You definitely need a picture of a good party to liven it up.

Really interesting idea, I think you have something! Site looks alittle bland or dull, if it's a party promoter...JAZZ IT UP!

If your doing the graphics or coding yourself, look more closely at the architecture of the site for SEO.

Good Luck

Good idea. Page is dull to look at. But that is easy. Play with it.

Nice idea. It reminds me of my web 2.0 website. It is hard to get people to start adding content though.... how are you planning on doing that?

Nice colors and layout. It does look unfinished though. Definately needs more content and images. Best of luck with your site.

I like the design, but the content of the site is worth nothing.(sorry to be so harsh). Cmon whos gonna go look at some partys people are having 100 miles from their house?Unless you get like 6 parties per city of all the us and canadian cities then I would actually consider staying awhile. But that mean that:

x2 countries + number of cities x 6 = Alot of parties

To accomplish this look up on other sites and add parties yourself, also try to increase more traffic so mor people will submit parties from Canada And the Us

Cool idea... site could use some filler to finish it. Way too much white space.
