I am working out of a studio in the Western Cape, South Africa and Phoenix Sky Designs is a "one woman show".

Also, while loving what I do, I am not sure if my site speaks to the nation in the way I hope.

Kindly review my site: http://www.phoenixsky.co.za and let me know what you think.

I LOVE the neon look!!! (but then again, i'm an industrial metal geek :D).

The only gripe i have is that the text / content design and layout does not meet up with the standards that you've placed on the graphics.

Also, for your portfolio, you should include IMAGES of the designs.

Hi Ionisis

Thank you for the compliment on my site!

I have added images under my portfolio page as you suggested.

It looks like this: http://www.phoenixsky.co.za/portfolio.html now.

Better?

Ha, i'm so used to php pages, that i never thought to refresh! It looks much better. Only having text makes a website look primitive. I'm known for doing the same thing. People identify with images very well. It keeps their interest longer.

Heya! I do agree with you - visual stimulation is a great draw-in! I may add some more images in the near future. I am currently looking at creating more traffic to my site and finding a lot of useful free advice on the net for this. Thanks again for your feedback on my site and valuable advice.

Looks nice. Just wanted to say, if possible, put the whole site in one block, the whole extended top banner, in green, hurts eye sometimes.

Pretty good looking site, though I am not too keen on the red text you have on the contact page and some of the other pages. The red and black just seem to clash each other.

This is an interesting template, but there is a small problems with the colors, cause the red text doesn't get along that well with the green and the black background. You have too many colors, I counted 5 at least, try to keep them at 3, perhaps make the links and red text green to blend in. Also you should make your text more breathable and make some space in order to be easier to read.

One other thing that might look a bit of place is the small logo with "we love web design" that is actually a ribbon and that isn't attached to anything. Work on those details as well.

personally i like the site but i feel that there is too much green as in the brightness of it and you have the menu rounded buttons that look crisp but only the menu buttons are round. Your welovedesign banner looks out of place you need to find another place for it that will fit in with the design.

other then that site looks great it is 90% there just need to tweak it a little.
