For headers, it is best to use header tags, for lists - list tags. Not tables. You have a vast plethora of different tags for a reason, they aren't just there to confuse you The headers will definately help with the SE's

Both <H1> and <H2> tags are used, mainly the blue subtitles.

I'm sorry, but I just tried checking several different ways and all methods say no headers:
http://www.caffeinefuelled.net/tools/htmltest/
h1 and h2 count both = 0
the headers would also show up with a light grey border in the structure section, and they don't. They would also show up as large and bold (default styling) if they were h1/h2 tags

Tried a search/find in your source code for h1 and h2, and there was no matches found. Then viewed source and found one of those blue subtitles:

Code: [ Select ]
<td height="16" width="9"><img src="/images/full/ttl_left.gif" height="11" width="9"></td>
       <td width="316"><span class="style2">7 Day Free Trial </span></td>
      </tr>
  1. <td height="16" width="9"><img src="/images/full/ttl_left.gif" height="11" width="9"></td>
  2.        <td width="316"><span class="style2">7 Day Free Trial </span></td>
  3.       </tr>

Looks suspiciously like a span inside a table cell to me. No header tags to be found. So still semantically incorrect markup is my critisism.

good and simple site:)
hosting plans are explained good, but you can do more attractive things than this one.

You can programming a site that hosting firms register and then put theis hosting plans to your site directly...

with this method your site be more than good, and your users can change info at every time under your administration control...

yeah, great job on the revamp php....the only thing I can add is that the header is a little to simple. Perhaps add some layer properties to the text. But it may be alright as is....maybe someone will say its ok, and it just might be fine...lol

anyway, huge improvement on the site! nice job
