Color of your site so dark and menu too big
Footer U should give in a table that have diffrence color

The site layout is nice however:

The menus are horrible when you look at the site in general.

The contrast is too big. white on black hurts the eyes of people and you dont want that. Go for silverish gray.

Linking to many external pages on your homepage isnt really a good idea. you dont want people leaving you site after 8 seconds.
