Your flash animation is taking to long to load.

A website that is created with straight html ranks higher in the major search engines. For SEO purposes I will suggest to make it as simple as possible and with straight HTML.

This site is a lovely one, but you have about 23 error in there will u want to correct them

I agree with the banner at the top moving too fast, but other than that, I think everything looks great. Your menu system is quite easy to navigate, the colors are easy on the eyes, and you have some wonderful content. The only other suggestion I have is to perhaps make the viewing area larger for the videos. Nice site!
