your site is pretty interesting.
however, there is no proper description about your content.
your title- welcome to webhola.com is not at all informative.
and in the body, you wrote articles & resources
but i think there needs to be some desctiption so that when some one looks at it first time, they should understand what your site is about.

I think you really need to think about the use of colour on your site. Their is too much white and I think your images are a little tacky. other than that not bad.

I'd agree with pspdownloads coments. When your site first pops up in front of me I find myself thinking "all this looks interesting, but what is it?"

On the main page I'd like to see a bit more space to the left of "What's New:" and "Visit the new Classifieds Section.". I just don't care for the way they're right up against the blue nav bar. Same with the ad at the bottom.

Also on the main page the images for "Animals & pets" and "Electronics & Gadgets" seem out of place. Every other graphic is an illustration, but just these two are photos.

At least on Firefox 1.5 some of the links at the very bottom of the page are wrapping around onto a new line. On the main page, "FAQ" is wrapped by itself, and on at least some of the other pages, "TERMS | FAQ" has wrapped. There looks like there is enough space on the line above with everthing else. It migh look a little nicer with everything on one line.

Otherwise looks good to me! I like the color scheme you've used. I also like the rounded corner look of the main content area.

I don't like your Times New Roman and blue coloured links. Also, you might want to have some of the ads removed. There are just too many of them.

First things first, dont even understand what your websites about, just seems like a way of earning money through google adds to me....Clip art images aint the best to paste in, they dont really look attractive to the eye. They seem a bit cheap and nasty! Buttom of the page where your links are "Home|About US|" And so fourth, The FAQ doesn't mix in well think about keeping them in the same line or split them in2 blocks.
The use of colours is bad, red doesn't work at all.

Sorry if i seem rude but according to the mods i ahve to make real comments

First thing that came to mind was you hijakked a Template Monster template and stripped off the header...then slammed in a couple clip-art files from a "50,000,000 Clip Art Blammo!" cd

hehe

I'm afraid to click any link for fear of mad popups and/or redirection to a huge fetish porn site via a masked ad.

I visited your site today, not to impressed. Don't get me wrong the idea in theory is pretty interesting. I can see your interested in search engine optimization and are madly in love with good ads, but I must tell you you need to ease up on the advertisements somewhat. There is way to many. Also where is the company logo or company name somewhere on your site. If I weren't a web developer I would have just clicked back or closed out of the window within the first 3 seconds. You've got to let our clients know why they are here, who's providing the information to them so and so fourth. Work on getting even a small logo on there. Also you've got to add some style sheets to your links above the images. And take out the underline under all your navigation and site links look 1980's. Lastly your links at the bottom overlap FAQ should be on the same line. Oh i also just noticed there's some weird bar at the top of your page. Also take out <!--BEGIN META TAGS--> and other hidden tags out of your source code. You should be able to find what your looking for without help by now!

I agree, I neither like the font Times New Roman and blue colored links, they both seem like your styles are not well implemented, so visitors can think the website have errors (while maybe not).

Hmph. This is my second time typing this. Advice - never forget to hit the submit button!
Anyway...
The colours are bright and light. Nothing wrong with having some white space, although there's a bit of a cheap market feel in places, due to primary colours and busy bits. I agree about the advertising comment above. Some sites have so much of that the reader can lose the actual content.
Yes, you could do with a more visible statement of purpose or character - a more differentiated colour scheme might do the job.
And - from a professional proofreader - check every bit of text ten times. Eg, About Us '...placing it on a single.' - missing word, or bad grammar?

I think its nicely clean cut, to the point and not flashy, but a few things probably already said (I don't feel like reading through all the comments):

-You need a header at the top, or some type of logo/banner

- Have a slogan or logo so people know what your site is

Other than that, though, I like the simplicity of it. But without searching, a random visitor would have no idea what your site is or does and would just leave. So give a little more information, primarily at the top and a logo or banner telling what your site does.

I really appreciated all the comments here. It gave me a broad view of what the end user is thinking about the site while browsing it and gave me a pretty good idea of where to start fixing it. I am very pleased with the honest comment I have received and I will start working on it ASAP. Thank you all for participating.

Hi,
I tend to agree with other posters your site does not say what its all about, Also i think maybe your info should take up the space at the top not someone else add for arranged marriages, they should prob go along the bottom, Promote yourself first! not someone else.
other than that i really liked the idea.

I'm thinking that the site is relatively general in nature and there might not be enough thought on what distinguishes your site from others just like it.
The color choice is a little bland and the background could be more appealing to your viewers. I also noticed that you want up to date information for your site which could be utilized as a good nich inside your domain name.
Overall I think the site has potential with the right guidance and practice.
Keep up the good work!

It looks nice and professionial, however, it is very hard to tell what it is when first getting to it. You probably want to find a better way of conveying that to the user when they first arrive.

Totally with you on that it looks too plain and begginerish (if that is a word). at least change the text-decoration to none.

Otherwise it is well layed out.. i sure you have allready taken in the comments from about the adds, (bit too many). And I think I saw someone write that you didnt have a very atractive heading. I agree. It is an add, just have an image with a plain gradient background that says "Welcome to Webola". just make sure it is nice and neat and you will be fine.

Good work well done on the site. everything is very neat.

What you really need to work on is cool header and a logo for your website. Advertisement Banner as a header is not a good idea and doesn't look very professional in my opinion. The content however is very interesting and worth coming back and reading every now and then. Good Luck!

instead of "times roman" you should use another font on your pages, it makes your web site more proffessional.
