I really need some quality feedback on this one!

It's a great idea in my opinion, the only problem is that maby people will not understand what it is about.
Please tell me what you think about it: the relevance of the message, the layout.

I get the idea and like it, It just feels empty to me ... like maybe an image or something would liven it up a bit ...

The idea is clear and nice, I'm not sure I would join but there are probably a many people who would.

The site, as righteous_trespasser said, is pretty empty.

I've changed the design a bit. Now it uses brighter colors.
Also I've optimized some things here and there.
What do you think of it now?

The only thing I'm worried about is getting people yo join :( Only one website was submitted...
I'm planning on buying many domains and give them for free at different pageranks. For now I have 2: plugmode.com and sbr5.com.
How does that sound?

I'm going to join the moment my new site is up and running ... It's probably going to have a pagerank of 0 to start off with, but i'll implement some SEO strategies the moment it's up and running ... And i've told many of my friends about this, but none of my friends have websites, we're actually bandmembers so their not all geeks like me ... Hehehe!
