Hi everyone!

I am very very distressed! I made a site: http://www.pottersrealm.com and it was going great when all of a sudden my visitor count has fallen. I need reviews on the design and I would also like to get help - any help as to why my site is being penalised of visitors!

Loving the header image!

I would say the main set back is the secondary navigation being in the middle right and the posts being in limited width on the page (scroll down).

otherwise love it!

Thanks for the nice comments! Actually I made the navigation bar that way to be a little different from other sites, I was wanting to make the nav bars a little different from one another but couldnt do much with that. Any other suggestions as to what can be done or any new feature that could be added?

Hi,

Even though you did it to be different, I would just say put the nav on the left side. Imo, any user coming to the site will see the large boxes on the left, instead of the navigation.

I would also say check into your stats for the past few months to see where the traffic is/was coming from, and track down any major changes.

put your menu bar on the left.. different is not always good.

it ruins the site having it in the middle...

it simply has to be on the left.. lol

i would suggest more but right now, you have to put the menu on the left.. please.
Done.

I also agree that the menu bar on the right seems a bit confusing. I think that your content seems too constrained with the nav bar on the right along with the survey and site statistics over there as well.
