Sorry for raising this from the dead, but I have made some changes to the site and I wanted it to get re-reviewed
I added comments to the pranks and tidied up some things. Also I added an RSS feed.
I would really like some suggestions on design or maybe some new features that you think I should implement. I have just let the site die for the past few months and I want to start updating more frequently which should be more realistic in a few weeks.
One thing I don't understand about my site is the fact that on Yahoo i'm 16th for pranks and on google I could literaly go through ever single page and not find my site on any of them. The only reason that I can think of is that maybe I got penalized, but I do not think I have done anything against their rules. It would be great if some one could help me out on that.

P.S. (To the Webmaster) if it would have been better for me to have just started a new post then to raise this from forever ago please inform me so I will know not to do so again. Thank you

One smal thing that just stood out to me for some reason is you have Crl + D. Shouldn't it me Ctrl?

You still need to do something better with that menu. Just create a totally new menu if you're not sure what you can easily do to fix that one. Its already been mentioned before and I was surprised that your big update did not include a fix.

Check your submit prank thing. I got a '46 No recipient addresses found in header' error(but it also said my thing was submitted so I dont know).

What do you think that I should do with the Menu? I've given it some thought and couldn't decide want to do. I thought about flash, but I heard that that was like a big no no, so I stayed away from it. I agree, though, I need to do something about that, but I just can't think want would work in it.
The error that you saw was the code trying to send you an e-mail thanking you for posting a prank, maybe you didn't insert a valid e-mail. I don't understand why your post was not submited, I did a test one just now and it worked fine.
Thank you for your replay
btw I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that it was a big update... what I ment was that I have neglected it for a long time and this was just the first thing that I've done in a while. (frankly I haven't had much time with school and all, but hopfully I will get more time to do so)

Edit: (Forgot to mention the typo) Thank You for catching the "ctrl" I must have missed the "T" when I was typing.

You don't need flash and I would tend to agree with him/her. Flash has it's place building special features on sites but why use it for somethign as simple as a menu? Here's how I would go about it:

1) Choose good colours.

2) Get a nice background. Probably, as previously suggested, a gradient between a dark shade and a light shade of the same or very similiar colours.

3) Make the icons transparent gifs.

4) For each menu item, put a gif image beside plain text over the background.

5) Set link colours in the CSS. It might be a good idea to have a hover colour.

Here's an example for menu code:

<div background="background.jpg" align="center">
<a href="pranks/computer.php"><img src="computer.gif" border="0">Computers</a><br>
<a href="pranks/office.php"><img src="office.gif" border="0">Office</a><br>
<a href="pranks/friendly.php"><img src="friendly.gif" border="0">Friendly</a><br>
<a href="pranks/evil.php"><img src="evil.gif" border="0">Evil</a><br>
<a href="pranks/easy.php"><img src="easy.gif" border="0">Easy</a><br>
<a href="pranks/all.php"><img src="all.gif" border="0">All</a><br><br>
Number of Pranks: 45<br><br>
Most Viewed Prank:<br>
Toilet Trick<br><br>
Last Submited Prank:<br>
BEAT UP! ER!<br><br>
Most Pranks: Easy Pranks<br>
</div>

I don't understand what is changed when I do this. The menu already has gradient. Is it just that the transision from green to gray is wrong?

Thank you for your help

get rid or and/or replace the http://dfpranks.com/images/PP/PP10.gif image -- can't read it.

Don't use artwork if it's clipart -- go w/o if you can't make your own and/or can't find something high quality.

The left nav shading from green to gray with red text is insane.

Shrink the black lines everywhere to 1 pixel...you can get rid of some of them even.

With this site, you'll be a zillionare in no time!

Ok, Heres the ultiment question, I have been debating it: Does this layout work? Is this fixable? Would it just be easier for me to just start from scratch and create an entirerly new layout. If not what should I do to fix it? If so then is there any advice for what new layout I should do?

Thank ya'll very much for ya'lls replies :D
