overall, great..

there is room for imporvement, however:
-- add short and objective decription of the service with advantages
-- under the location input, place some examples ("e.g. ashford, kent")
-- remove the mailto link immediately
-- create a standalone page "about us", put a link to it on the frontpage

the only major problem is that it not actually your database of properties, so you only have visitors between arrival, search input and successful results click... the dillema here is you need to shorten the period at your site to have them find what they need asap..

Overall ur site look clean and professional , the one thing i suggest to improve is the frontpage ..i mean first page... its not attractive...looks like search engine ....

Nice site lucky very quick loading. I do agree with itnewcomer though that it wouldn't be bad to add something to the front page. What one of the local realtors here did was he went around to other realtors and asked if they would like to feature properties on his opening page and then he made some money on marketing their properties.

As far as the search results the response is very intuitive and informative. Is there a way you could increase the image size on rollover? Some of the thumbnails are a little hard to get a read on without clicking. Another idea you might want to put under the city information is Schools, but other then that I really like the UI. Did you write this or is it riding on a platform? Either way very easy to use site. Good job.

I just wanna say the site is good more than its design. The design also find for me. It is easy to use.

i wanted to keep it as clean as possible so the design is little bland

Its a nice and clean look and feel. I only have one comment and that may be a preference thing, but I think some additional colors other than blue and black text may enhance its look. I like non-spammy websites such as this one.

hi niki, thanks for the feedback, i love blue and black as you can see, there's some grey there too, but i don't know what other color would go well, but you are correct is it non-spammy!

it's nice and simple design.. I like it
