First one, it is very simple, but not very tidy. I like the navigation, colourful. But below nav line, the structure is not very satisfying.

Second one and third one, too many pictures, a mess.

Fourth, the pictures of navigation need a fix.

tnx hlx98007...I have a follow up question, since the site is using ASP what probably the best thing to do this site? I planned to upgrade everything into php or i will remake it into wordpress, drupal or joomla, is it a better idea or what?

I don't know anything about ASP, or .NET. I like php because it is just an easier way for both Linux and Windows. And I don't know anything about scripting
Based on what your web's content is, choose the correct programme is very important.
I have heard you can even convert asp to php online, also Databases could be transfered from Access to MySQL. Once I found these websites, I'll give you the addresses.

If you are not planning to sell stuff online, I'd suggest you just use blog systems. Such as WordPress and Bo-Blog etc. It's entirely up to you to choose which ones.
If you ARE planning to sell things online, I'd suggest you to use CMS systems, or even E-Commerce programmes with SSL security on.

Here's a list of CMS systems:
Drupal
Geeklog
Joomla
Mambo
PHP-Nuke
phpWCMS
phpWebSite
Post-Nuke
Siteframe
Xoops

Free e-commerece list:
CubeCart
OS Commerce
Zen Cart

They should be all free.
