I'm wordering if its time to re-design this site

Or do you think that its a design thats good and should stay as is

I've been tossing and turing over the issue for some time, a lot of people like the design as is BUT its been quite a few years with the same design and perhaps its time to change?

What are your thoughts about the design and do you think its good enough to keep or time for a change?

First things first, you have some unusual characters in your code. Declare a doctype and let's see the site validate. Then we'll talk about the content.

I think you could work on some hover effects for your top navigation bar. That would make it nicer.

Other than that, it's nicely laid out and pretty clean.

I also suggest you make some rollovers. The header looks nice but why is there a line randomly on her face? The bottom header looks really nice...but I would make the copyright declaration smaller. Also you might want to think about making a more dynamic and more appealing link list to the left, it looks like it's missing something.

Nice site. But me personally don't like reading lighter font on darker background.
