Hi. I inspected your site a little and came to the impression that you are trying to earn money offering in advertising opportunities for businesses to target real estate consumers in USA. Another potential avenue would be lead generation via credit applications, "make an offer" and so on. You can resell a lead like this to a local realator in the target area.

You'll need to jazz up the page with some flash. The header should be replaced.
Use a form like your contact form to capture leads from customers. Resell them to a real estate company in the local area. Perhaps even add an MLS lookup subsystem to your pages.

Start by validation your document by the w3c validator , it will load faster and it will be browser friendly

Result: Failed validation, 124 errors

Looks very bland to me.

In Firefox, the bullets are showing outside the nav section. They shouldn't be. In IE they do not (IE is more forgiving of errors). Reference the validation post commandos just made above.

If you correct the errors in the validation, the page should display properly in FF.

its confusing to look at your site, you have horizontal and vertical menu (the same). I suggest you decide which one you should delete. The site is crowded, refine it by putting all the important things in the main index and others would just be in sub pages. Just put search option for visitors to find info easier.

The site is a good concept and I can make a few suggestions - while validation is important you could jazz things up a bit before you try to validate.

Here are a few suggestions that will go along way.

1: On your Main Logo - leave it there but align your menu options to the right of it so that main menu options and logo sit on the same line.

2: Move your "Home | About Us etc.. to the bottom of the site, so that it can work as a footer. People will usually find a footer with this type of info at the bottom of many sites, this helps to uncluttered the navigation.

3: On firefox your main menu options seem to be off by a few pixels, might want to check your style sheet and fix the alignment.

4: Remove the red bar at the very top, its a little re-dun ant and is using up valuable space that can bring the whole site up a few pixels.

5: Play around with some more colors, its very Americana but also stands out too much its a bit shocking try using some of the browns and greens found on your ads, and use a lighter shade of gray for the menu bar, soften it up, it always clears things up visually.

If you like some more ideas or tools I suggest visiting the following sites, they are both great tools I use on a normal basis.

Good luck!
