This is a very cool site. I love the bounce in the navigation.

Only thing that bothers me is the white below the black "top menu" ... I think it could maybe be a little darker, maybe a gray of some kind ...

I hate it. I just HATE it when people change my mouse. I despise the little black question mark besides my mouse when I move over a regular link or those linked images below. I just hate it.

Don't EVER change my settings unless I want them implemented.

I like the site nice design a little flash but not an annoying amount. It is a little annoying that you took away the users controls, but I can overlook that.

Thanks all of you for your comments - well, it's surely ones personal preference if he doesn't want to change the mouse cursor on mouseover. Yet - gladly - that doesn't apply to everyone out there

Concerning the "flash" - it isn't. The menu is just ajax driven, no flash at all.

Hell no it's not Flash!!, It's JavaScript driven ( not AJAX ) They're using MooTools

Tons of JS all over the place, and the way that top nav stars turn green is very cool.

One recommendation I have is to feature your client work more. I'm getting a very large information vibe from you guys which is great you seem like experts, but maybe your case studies/client work could be a more important feature, maybe even the most important. It seems that when you feature clients it always appear low on the page, as an afterthought.

Also, If you're trying to protect your source code by having no right-click, it's an insult to someone who could actually appreciate your coding.
