Lol, these pictures are hilarious. There are a couple of things you could do for more laughs but they're minor. Consider moving the text links below the picture and add a caption with your own funny remarks (tho most of the pix speak for themselves). Cool site!

Have an option for a gallery, so if someone finds a nice picture, they can send a link of your website, and say look at this picture, without holding f5 till they find it.

And, Sorry this is my thing, ALT Tags, you need alt tags, they are for the blind.

After i visited your site, the name of the site made a lot of sense. refresh funny.. lol nice name.

Some of the images aren't funny though!

How about a "Send to friend" option, so that visiters can send a link of an image to a freind. But i am not too sure how thats gonna work out since the images are in random settings. Ya, an image gallery would be great to have I guess u would be able to send an image to a friend then. great free advertising

An auto refresh option would be good. Or a "refresh" button...
Still keep the main idea about refreshing the page to get a new pic and add some features around the refresh theme.

Also, maybe have a static url to get to images, so the main page has the random images but also have a url like refreshfunny.com/index.php?image=666, then you could use them URL's in a "tell a friend" option and people could send thier friend a specific image.

I don't like the ads above the image. I shouldn't need to scroll down to see the whole image. Try placing them in a vertical column on the left or right of the image.

may be a option to reload the page by it's self

I agree with the advertisement suggestion. Try to put the advertisements somewhere so that you don't have to scroll past them to see the picture, and the site would be much more enjoyable. Just my 2cents. The site does what it seems its supposed to after that.

pretty funny..very creative.

the only thing i would change is the banner. it's too light and it's on a light background. you might want to add a drop shadow or make it seem 3D.

also there seems to be an empty box at the top for some reason.

also you should put a refresh button under the images so the user doesn't have to constantly click the reset button on the browser or use F5.

+: not heavy design considering all pix eat lots of traffic.
-: really didn't like all the adds all over the page.

auto-refresh option should be implemented or at least some navigation as it bothers to press F5 every time.

I think the advertisement area needs to be below the main image. Also i think you need to remove the links in the images to lead to another site. If possible. Do you have the rights to use those images

Idea is great, and some pics are very funny. But there are few of them (few images). And sometimes they are showed more than once.
I have working in a similar website. I control that images are not showed twice.
