The design is vibrant but it looks good. Good logo, header menus are well organized. The content body looks better than the rest of the page. Also, some changes of footer color scheme would make it better. Hover styles in some footer links are missing. Also the 'Naslovna' as appearing in the top menu does not change its style. So, you need to do some more work with the presentation. Otherwise, it looks good.
