I like the layout, i'm not a big fan of inline CSS but that's just me.

Also i'm not like the greatest at web design by any means but that is the point of this:

<!-- Hack to avoid flash of unstyled content in IE -->
<script> </script>

Oh and you should visit the W3C site and validate your source code.

Asides from that I see nothing wrong.

I like it, it's very clean ... One thing that I don't like is the background colour of those links ... I would've kept the background colour white and made the text green ... but that's just my opinion ...

I also think that external stylesheets are a better option ... just because the code then doesn't have to be on each page, and that makes it load quicker ... You also seem to have a lot of unnecessary CSS in that page ... like for instance, you have lots of style settings for "blockquote", but it isn't used anywhere in the page ...

Further than that I like your site ...

I am not a webaster by profession but I did stay at a holiday inn express last night. :D

I like the look of your site is clean and simple. Couple of comments though. I would move the css to a seperate css file. Is easier to go back and change later. I would remove the dotted underline under the steps/links seems redundant to me. Also, I would give a little space between the header and the begining of the text.

Hmm, i'll keep it pretty simple.

I do like your layout, it's really easy-going on the eyes. Move the text down a bit, away from the top banner. Everything looks a bit too "scrunched-up" towards the top, just kind of off-setting. Oh, and remove the teal/blue highlight from the text. That's not professional.

Other than that, it's a really simple / effective site, so there's my simple review. :)

Hi,

One of my favorite usability tools is this one:

http://www.useit.com/alertbox/9710a.html

It's old, but I think the research is still valid.

I would suggest that you break up the text on the home page, use simpler language and break it up more with clear benefits statements.

Best wishes,

Kat

The layout is quite simple and need some improvement such as adding navigational menus and content is informative.
