I like the site, nice and clean, and easy to navigate through. One thing that would spice up the page a bit though is a better logo, the existing one doesn't really match the style of the rest of the page IMO.

Very nic elooking website, I can see you are going for quality text and not as much graphics. Does this work well for SEO?

Thanks to all for your comments on my site....actually i am going to make ot better...soon i am going to add a banner.......focus will be given to original and quality posts....this is SEO friendly....However the simple look will not bw changed.

I think it looks real good. Clean, simple, easy to navigate. It does need some photos to go along with the headlines though. Other than that design looks great.

I can only say one thing; but I can say it many times.

IMAGES, IMAGES, IMAGES!

You have a LOT of typography (text), but you have got to balance that out with images. It's too much reading, and not enough eye-candy. Also, work on the banner. That just doesn't work out. Atleast work on the text of the banner. It looks like it was slapped on.

Well, I guess the rest is fine.. Just make some customizations.. add some images/icons, etc.

This sort of suggests that you used someone's template instead of building it yourself :?

BTW...the header is far to big considering that there is just the name in it.
