I don't like saying this, but I really don't like your website ... You've got 80 W3C validation errors in your coding, you can view then here.

Everything is just centered and in the middle ... basically there is no proper layout, there is no proper menu system ... Have a look at afew basic templates, to see what I mean about the layout ...

I have no idea what you do or what the site has to offer. You need more information about what you do and you need to arrange it better.

Rather make the sounds downloadable then you know it won't be an issue ... and maybe zip them beforehand so they take up less server space and are smaller to download ... then by the arrangement, I'll use OZZU as an example (that's nice and neutral) ... see how he menus are structured and that they keep the same theme throughout the site without a user ever having to search for everything on each page because they know it'll be the same ... and all the text and images aren't just centered, everything is arranged into "blocks" or "div's" ... to make images load really fast you'll need to optimise them using something like Photoshop's "Save for Web" functionality which saves the image as an optimised GIF with a custom palette instead of the standard 256 colour one which keeps the quality rather high aswell ...

So I would suggest first drawing the "Perfect Site" on a piece of paper and try to get it as close to that as possible, in the beginning of my designing career I couldn't even get close to what I wanted, but these days I can get it almost perfect, and if I can't I just ask here at OZZU, and someone will surely respond ...

Does that help a bit?

It really doesn't matter what the file size is to me...

Its just the layout...

I'll try to draw it out...

Just want a website that is easy to update...

And if you get to know HTML and CSS it's really not that hard to update basically any website, even if it isn't your own ...

You should learn HTML and CSS on:
http://www.w3schools.com/css/ and
http://www.w3schools.com/html/

It will cost some time, but it's worth it. When you know CSS and HTML make a design (on paper) like righteous_trespasser said and make that.

But if you're really stuck and don´t think learning it is worth your time, look for some free templates±There are loads of topics on Ozzu about that.

See: http://www.ozzu.com/website-design-forum/web-templates-t77363.html for example.
